How can you effectively take care of yourself?

  • Step Out of Your Comfort Zone: Growth often happens outside of your comfort zone. Try new things and challenge yourself. 
  • Notice what brings you joy and fulfillment: What activities make you lose track of time? 
  • Be patient with yourself: Finding your passion takes time and effort. Be kind to yourself throughout the process.

(Jean) I also take care of myself all the time and do things on my own.
