too much time on their technology devices to be on their phones or any devices.
For me, it was hard so far. But I just grew out of it. But now not anymore. Then this time it’s not good to be on my devices around at nighttime at 10:00 PM.
While working on college assignments or during leisure time, you are permitted to use both your phone and laptop. However, it is important to ensure that your phone is positioned at a minimum distance of three feet away from you. Before get some sleep.


When I was a young adult, I had a habit of spending all day and night on my devices. This led to me becoming addicted to spending my free time on the laptop, iPad, and iphone, as well the computers at home. However, I have since learned my lesson and now I am working on changing this habit so will you.
