Describe one habit that brings you joy.

In addition to recording my thoughts and experiences, I utilize journaling as a tool for habit change and exploration. I view my journal as a space not only to reflect on my habits but also to identify new things to try and incorporate into my life. Keeping a journal and writing down your thoughts and feelings before bed can help to clear your mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote better sleep. I write down a detailed account of my daily activities and sleep patterns in my journal to monitor my overall sleep quality and any related trends. Recording my sleep in my journal is incredibly helpful. This simple practice allows me to monitor my sleep patterns, identify any issues, and work towards improving the quality of my rest.
