“A good leader is always there for others in need, ready to lend a helping hand.” A good leader confidently stands by to support others in need.

What I want is for you to find happiness in our community. I hope that you find real joy and happiness in our lively and supportive community.

It is acceptable for a leader to make significant mistakes, but I have the capacity to approach things from a different perspective. Making significant mistakes is acceptable for a leader, but I have the capability to approach things differently.
