As a young adult with a disability, I shouldered many responsibilities at home. Despite this, I found creative ways to have fun and enjoy life.
Standing tall in my newfound independence, I seized the opportunity to embark on a journey towards a college education. This unwavering determination was fueled by my fervent testimony at the state capitol, where I fervently championed the cause of granting individuals a second chance to actively shape their college experiences and decision-making processes.
