What are the most important things needed to live a good life?

I’m part of the team at ICI, a designated University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities. We’re part of a national network of similar programs in major universities and teaching. At the Institute, we have over 70 projects and six Affiliated Centers, all dedicated to addressing disability issues across the lifespan.

Every morning, I confidently rise from bed, prepare for the day ahead, and head upstairs to fuel up with a hearty breakfast. I also need to get dressed and make the most of the day in my lifetime.
