Healthy Eating

To stay healthy, you need to eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

My favorite healthy meal is fish and mashed potatoes with spinach. 

Working out

I do yoga with my Mom. Some other types of exercise I do are: yoga and biking also strength training and walking .

Some workout tips I have are:

You should workout 30 times per Day.

When you work out, you need to have exercise equipment with you.
