My favorite character in NCIS is Abby Sciuto

She looks like goth person.  

Pauley Perrette is an Americn actress. She is known for playing Abby Sciuto on television series NCIS, from 2003 to 2018. She is also a published writer, singer, and civil rights advocate.

I like her  goth outfit. I also like the tattoos and I love her work by herself. She did some sign language by hand.
